Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such offers are subject to the terms of the promotion.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, customers may choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

Libas by SK reserves the right to limit or discontinue COD services for certain locations, order values, or customers with repeated order refusals.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Libas by SK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect information may require payment of re-shipping charges before re-dispatch.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order:

  • The shipment may be returned to us.

  • Future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.

Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.

  2. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide your order number and supporting images.

We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
